I read the info prior to class but felt that it was all things that I'd learned in Dental Hygiene lecture. I like understanding things and then just having to build upon them rather than trying to grasp the concept at the same time. But the information will be helpful for our case study.
We probed again and even though the instructor said I was good last time, my patient felt it was too hard at times (mostly at the line angle) today. So I don't know if I am really putting enough pressure or not. I wish I would have had more supervision today to really keep me in check.
I'm taking a basic set up home this weekend to try it on myself and see how it feels. I'll read the info and prepare to pass off PE's.
Things are going good but I feel that sometimes I fall through the cracks and don't get corrected when I need to be or get tips from the instructors/aides. :s
