Today was kind of crappy. I tried all day yesterday to fill up my schedule so that I could be screening all day for Mockboard pts. I didn't have many new pt. to pull from but I got a couple of people that I was expecting good things from. My morning pt. was an immaculate 1B. I should have just pushed and gotten her done but she didn't come in til 9:30. So I'll refer to my peerpal since I don't need them. Then my afternoon consisted of the wife of my Class III and a Hispanic lady from the Womens Health Connection. The first was a clean V and the second never showed.
Needless to say, I feel deflated, like today was a crappy day. Why can't every week be like last week?? I don't know what I am going to do about Mockboards next week! The only other day I could screen pts will be next Monday. I'll try to get my flakey pt from last Mockboards to commit but that's the end of my rope thus far :( I'll have to push extra hard to finish all of my PE's next clinic session and look in new places for pts.
